Transformed and Rebuilt Girls' Area!
After the devastating storm hit the girls' area at Camp Hunt last August, downing trees and damaging cabins, we are thankful to report that the girls' area is rebuilt and ready for this summer season. Nevertheless, it will have a very different look.
What was once a heavily wooded area is now very open. One of the cabins was destroyed and has been removed. Five other cabins have been moved to new locations in the girls' area and four of the cabins have been connected into two longer cabins with a shared counselor room in the center. All of the buildings in the girls' area have new metal roofs.
Praise God for the generous donations, devoted volunteers, and the skilled contractors that have helped us accomplish this feat in less than a year.
